How to use the Full Body Detox 1-year bundle:
Add 2 tsps of the full body detox blend in 2 cups of cold water in a pan. Bring to a boil then simmer until reduced by half. Strain and Enjoy! Drink once a day ideally before bedtime for 21 days at the beginning of each season. Drink at least 2 lt of water per day (throughout the day) and practice abstinence to facilitate the detox. Beware, it starts working after approx. 12 hours.
