Three times a day, prepare a decoction by adding 2 tsps of tea into 500 ml of cold water in a pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until reduced by half. Strain and Drink.

Use 2 weeks prior your periods for PMS

Use one week prior and during your periods for painful periods and heavy flow periods

Use for 3 months or until you achieve 3 regular consecutive cycles for irregular periods

Best tea for painful periods
