Effective at managing PCOS

Used to drink a generic spearmint tea to manage pcos symptoms but after using this tea for a month or so, I feel much lighter, have less sugar cravings than usual and a bonus is that the added nettle in the tea has really calmed my hayfever which is usually unmanageable.Have repurchased and hope the shop could consider a subscription option for ease of repurchasing.

I can’t say enough about this tea. Let’s start with taste, it’s delicious!!!! The customer service was 10/10, I mean, the owner of the shop is so knowledgeable, so nice, so willing to help, my goodness, this has been the best thing I could have done for myself, this tea along with the detox tea, I mentioned before (I reviewed the detox tea) that my last cycle was the First time in 20 years, I didn’t have to take pain relievers for my cramps !
