Ingredients:
Red Raspberry Leaf, Damiana, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Spearmint and Sarsaparilla

Directions:
Twice a day, until symptoms improve, prepare an infusion by steeping 1 tsp of tea into 250 ml of boiling water for 10 mins.
Strain and Drink.

For best results, use as follows:
Step 1. Use the Full Body Detox tea for 21 days 
Step 2. Use the PCOS tea and for 3 months                                                 

Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until complete elimination of symptoms
